9枚目は椎名葡萄(しいな・ぶどう)のフルアルバム「葡萄狩」。このアルバムは「社会 → 道徳 → 愛 → 人工 → 生死 → 狂気」という階段を下りながら、最終的に“死と恍惚の統合”へと辿り着く前代未聞の作品となった。つまり椎名葡萄が唄う『葡萄狩』は、「女神の誕生譚」であり「人間社会の終末譜」でもあり「愛と死の実験詩集」でもある。
