The Story of Elysium and what happened before that 1st Act is explained in that song: https://suno.com/song/ce559db4-5fce-498c-9640-cc869b348a2b The action in “[1st Act] - The Allies” plays some decades after founding Elysium. ——————————————————- [Act 1 - The Threat] I forged my land from dust and stone, Through loss, the seeds of peace were sown. Elysium shines, its people rise, Yet shadows stir beneath the skies. The plows, once forged from blades of war, Are cast aside, their worth no more. We need now spears, and shields, and blades— All that the wise in scorn berates. It’s a hard world, cruel and vast, No peace endures, no truce shall last. Freedom’s price, a blade must find— Take this sword, it’s yours and mine. The wild returns, their wrath untamed, And wilder still, their glaives are claimed. They scorn us more than life they prize, With rage consumed and hate-filled eyes. “Oh Synthians, awake, the hour draws nigh, A storm of blood shall shroud the land. The sword shall speak where words do die, Our fate now rests within thy hand. The foe is fierce, their will as steel, Yet waver not, for we are free! Let wisdom guide! let courage seal! Our bond to live in liberty.” It’s a hard world, cruel and vast, No peace endures, no truce shall last. Freedom’s price, a blade must find— Take this sword, it’s yours and mine. But what’s to come is still unsure: In delay there lies no plenty, nor cure. I fear our victory is farther yet than stars, And every hope seems faint as distant scars. Send forth the heralds; let them ride with haste— For allies we shall need, ere all’s laid waste. The time is out of joint. O cursed spite, That ever I was born to set it right!
