The Butterfly Effect Revisited

When you listen, I feel truly heard. Sometimes my eyes shine or glisten. And my soul takes flight like a bird. There’s a heart to heart connection When we hold each other close It is pure, essential grace And we yearn to hold this space. We are butterflies in this world, Lifting each other to higher selves. Our wings become unfurled, No longer lost unto ourselves. We inspire one another, bound By a fine thread woven through our souls. With iridescent grace We find a path toward vital goals. There’s a heart to heart connection When we hold each other close It is pure, essential grace And we yearn to hold this space. We are butterflies in this world, Lifting each other to higher selves. Our wings become unfurled, No longer lost unto ourselves. A vibration is emitted, It soars through us and back again. True freedom is permitted, Washing away the doubt within. We lift the planet higher, Our quiet presence shifts the world. We want to be the choir, Shouting one another’s praises, we inspire. We are butterflies in this world, Lifting each other to higher selves. Our wings become unfurled, No longer lost unto ourselves. Goals of love and laughter Growing from here on after United as one, our work goes on. We stand awake, at peace with ourselves. And we will forever hold this space. ——— © 2026 Connect with Stories Studio. Creative Direction and Lyrics by Kate Logan.
