Ta jasna iskra

(English translation below) Rysuję na szkle nieznany ląd Gdzie ptaki gubią swój stały szlak W kieszeniach mam tylko wiatru garść I cichy, niedokończony znak Otwieram dłonie na nowy świt Co złotym światłem maluje mur Wymieniam stary, przetarty mit Na wolny lot ponad szczytem gór Ta jasna iskra W ciemności płonie Gdy chłodne wichry chcą zdmuchnąć żar Ta jasna iskra Ogrzeje dłonie To siły dar Rzucałam w ogień wyschnięty liść By sprawdzić, czy razem z nim zapłonę Kazałam myślom przed siebie iść W te miejsca obce, niezgłębione Ta jasna iskra W ciemności płonie Gdy chłodne wichry chcą zdmuchnąć żar Ta jasna iskra Jest w sercu skryta To cały mój blask Mój blask Za kompas mam tylko własny szept Ta jasna iskra W ciemności płonie Gdy chłodne wichry chcą zdmuchnąć żar Ta jasna iskra Jest w sercu skryta To cały mój blask Mój blask Ta jasna iskra lśni Ta jasna iskra lśni Ta... ta jasna iskra ogrzeje dłonie Ta jasna iskra to siły dar (c) ⭐ English translation: This brilliant spark (Inspired by the original lyrics) I draw an island upon the glass Where birds are losing the trails they know My pockets hold but a sudden draft A quiet sign I could never show I open hands to the breaking dawn That paints the wall in a golden hue I trade the myths that I leaned upon To fly above where the peaks are blue This brilliant spark Burns through the cold When freezing winds try to blow the flame This brilliant spark Is mine to hold The power I claim I threw a leaf in the blaze below To see if I would ignite the dark I told my wandering mind to go To hidden places that bear no mark This brilliant spark Burns through the cold When freezing winds try to blow the flame This brilliant spark Deep in my heart Is all of my light All my light My only compass a whispered word This brilliant spark Burns through the cold When freezing winds try to blow the flame This brilliant spark Deep in my heart Is all of my light All my light This brilliant spark will shine This brilliant spark will shine This... this brilliant spark is mine to hold This brilliant spark is power I claim
