A Wolf's Revenge

Witchcore metal with eerie music box horror meets cinematic horror-pop, featuring ethereal female lead vocals with silky breathiness that erupt into fierce screamo chants, music box errie vibes permiate throughout, Atmospheric synth layers swirl with ghostly whispers, stereo-panned synth stabs twist around distorted, overdriven guitars and staccato basslines, Soft hand claps pulse during tender moments, while padded toms and ritual drums swell with emotion, Choruses bloom into lush harmonies and feel both haunted and victorious, Eerie melodic motifs from the intro reappear in the outro, The track is theatrical, emotionally explosive, and fuses occult drama with modern horror-metal weight, Think gothic soundtrack meets shapeshifting fury

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dragged through dirt, barely able to breathe
Raped and beaten, their foul breath as they heaved
Broken bones and beaten bloody
They left me for the crows, dying and muddy
Bleeding out beneath the trees
Then silence... then the wolf approached
Eyes like moons, It bit deep
I didn’t scream —
Then it turned... and let me be
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Night took me under
Where death should begin
But the dark held me gently
And stitched me within

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
She who runs with blood in mouth
She who fell, but crawled back out
Ripped and ruined, not yet gone
A storm was born before the dawn
You thought I’d vanish, lost and weak
But wolves don’t die — they hunt, they seek
Marked by a single scar, I rose in silence
The memories of their foulness, revenge my guidance
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Back to town, in torn remains
A twisted face, pale with shame
He saw a ghost that should be dead
And came with blade to take my head

But I stood still and felt the change
The cracking bone, the bursting veins
No words were said, no mercy called
I watched him turn to run
Then mauled him into gore

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You came to silence
Now you scream
You gave me death
But birthed a beast
I tore your flesh from a sinner's soul
Your blood now stains the hollow
No gods forgave
So I became
A curse you made
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Not a girl. Not a ghost. Not just a nightmare...
But your doom.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The villagers rallied, so I fled
She who runs, is not dead
Left my possessions in that hovel
Now I will see them grovel
The price of justice, sharp and steep
I'll kill them all — a promise I'll keep
I can’t go home, now they will see
My wolf's revenge will be complete
So I return to forest's womb
And mourn the girl inside the moon
