THE DEVIL WON'T GET THIS CHRISTMAS [Intro – Spoken, Bold] Oh, no! Not this year! You can bring your confusion, You can bring your distractions, But you cannot steal my praise! This Christmas belongs to the Most High! [Verse 1] I done walked through storms and rain, I done carried grief and pain, But I'm standing here this season With a testimony in my name. You can try to steal my laughter, Try to cloud my Christmas day, But the joy the Lord has given Ain't something you can take away! [Chorus – Choir] The devil won't get this Christmas! (No, he won't!) The devil won't steal my joy! (No, he won't!) I got Yahweh in my household, And His love cannot be destroyed! The devil won't get this Christmas! (No, he won't!) I got praise inside my soul! Jesus Christ is my Redeemer, And my Father is in control! [Verse 2] I ain't celebrating darkness, I ain't glorifying fear, I'ma lift my voice to heaven, Thanking God for one more year. I got children in my household, I got prayers upon my wall, And when trouble comes knocking, I'ma call upon the Lord! [Pre-Chorus] I ain't scared of no tomorrow, I ain't bowing down to fear, Cause the Spirit of the Father Is the reason I'm still here! [Chorus] The devil won't get this Christmas! (No, he won't!) He won't steal my peace of mind! I got angels all around me, And the Lord is right on time! [Bridge – Church Breakdown] Who gets the glory? (YAHWEH!) Who gets the praise? (YAHWEH!) Who brought us through? (JESUS!) Who keeps us every day? (JESUS!) Break every chain! (BREAK EVERY CHAIN!) Let every yoke be broken! (BROKEN!) Let the Holy Spirit move! And let the Word be spoken! [Verse 3] I'ma feed somebody hungry, I'ma help somebody cold, I'ma teach these little children That God's love is worth more than gold. Ain't no darkness getting victory, Ain't no hatred taking place, Cause this Christmas we're celebrating The Almighty's saving grace! [Final Chorus – Massive Choir] The devil won't get this Christmas! (NO, HE WON'T!) The devil won't steal our song! (NO, HE WON'T!) We've been praising through the struggle, And we're gonna praise all night long! The devil won't get this Christmas! Let the church bells loudly ring! Glory, glory, hallelujah! We're celebrating Christ the King! [Outro – Spoken] The victory belongs to Yahweh! And the praise belongs to Him! Merry Christmas! Amen!
