My journey through dealing with Anxiety

Such a reflective, emotional song. The 'what ifs' are universal, and you captured them beautifully. Love the crossroads metaphor—it reminds us to heal and move forward. Beautiful work, truly moving ❤️

Thank you, Gibeligob. It came about from a conversation I had with my therapist about my anxiety over the current social climate. Her words to me: Feel, Deal. Heal...sparked this creation. I'm so glad you found it reflective. 🥰❤️

I reached a fork in the road: one path led to simply listening to this beautiful song, the other to liking it. First, I drove through, lost in the melody. Then, I made a U-turn and drove through again—this time, with my heart set on liking it.

Funny story: When I arrived at a new city with a moving van full of furniture I asked a gas station attendant where my new address was. Among other directions he told me to take a left at the Y. To me when somebody said "the Y" it meant YMCA. He meant what I knew as a fork in the road. I had to ask for directions again because I never found that YMCA. Funny how even in a single language things get lost in translation due to region or local culture differences! LOL

Thank you, Kevin! The title and will to write it came from my therapist today when she said "Feel, Deal, Heal" I thought it was brilliant, so I had to write about my journey with Anxiety disorder through all of these years.

I had so much anxiety in my senior years, i was always on tiktok, twitter, IG even facebook (mom made make one!). And it was until mid Uni i too saw therapist (amazing guy). Damn, i could write whole essay here, but in short he contributed my anxiety social media, simple as that. Now today rarely go on socials anymore, except facebook/IG for family only. Best, best life choice ever made. Sorry that went on to long, gorgeous song Jax ❤🙏
