Uh-huh... Yeah... I know I should quit... But some habits feel like home. 3 AM and my mind wonβt rest Another fake smile sitting on my chest Phone light glow in a dark room Watching my life like a rerun loop (again...) Overthinking every little thing Turning small cuts into suffering People say βjust let it goβ Like healingβs something simple I got bad habits Staying up too late Pushing good people away Then wondering why they fade (why they fade...) Too good at hiding pain Too used to taking blame I know itβs killing me slow But I donβt know how to change Bad habits Living inside my head Turning silence into dread Fighting wars inside my bed (inside my bed...) Bad habits Heart racing for no reason Cold even in summer season Trying hard just to keep breathing (mm...) And nobody notices. I scroll through dreams I never touch Compare myself way too much Everybody looks alive online While Iβm barely surviving my mind (keep smiling...) I say βIβm fineβ like itβs automatic Even when life turns cinematic I hate how I sabotage peace The second things get sweet Always thinking worst-case scenes Burning holes through all my dreams I got a soul that wonβt sit still And a heart too tired to heal Bad habits Living inside my head Turning silence into dread Fighting wars inside my bed (inside my bed...) Bad habits Heart racing for no reason Cold even in summer season Trying hard just to keep breathing Maybe I got too used to pain Maybe chaos feels safe Maybe Iβm scared If I finally heal... I wonβt recognize myself (oh...) Bad habits But Iβm still here somehow Still standing here right now Even when my thoughts get loud (so loud...) Bad habits Maybe one day Iβll let go Maybe one day Iβll grow But tonight Iβm just surviving slow Yeah... Just surviving slow.
