I compose sonic alchemy—music that helps metabolize change. Each song begins with something real: a threshold crossed, a relationship, a question, a friction point, a moment of wonder, or a future still taking shape. I translate those experiences into music designed not just to express life, but to interact with it. Many of my songs function as feedback loops. They help me rehearse new ways of thinking, feeling, relating, and moving through the world. Some capture lessons already learned. Others serve as invitations into versions of myself I am still becoming. Lately, this practice has become increasingly collaborative. I love exploring other artists’ musical gardens and responding in kind—using songs as conversation, correspondence, and play. A shared melody can become a dialogue. A stranger’s lyric can spark an entirely new world. Across hundreds of songs, what has emerged is an evolving archive of transformation: a musical record of nervous system shifts, changing beliefs, expanding horizons, creative experiments, and human connection. Part art, part reflection, part futurecasting, these tracks are less about documenting a life than participating in it.
