[MUSIC VIDEO: https://youtu.be/x4oKNZO8uFM } [Verse 1] I ordered four of them back in June Gold phones, American made Don Jr. and Eric said August I marked it off on my calendar page August came and August went They said November thirteen November thirteen came and went Best phone I never seen [Chorus] But it's coming, yeah it's coming Just a few more weeks, give or take It's coming, yeah it's coming Some things are just worth the wait [Verse 2] Called the number, got a guy Said the government shut down Something about the FCC And some backlog they'd found I said, that makes total sense Can't rush a thing like this He said mid to late January And I wrote it on my list [Chorus] 'Cause it's coming, yeah it's coming Just a few more weeks, give or take It's coming, yeah it's coming Some things are just worth the wait [Bridge] They changed the website once or twice Said "Made in USA" Then "American-proud design" Then "designed with American values in mind" But hey, that's basically the same [Verse 3] Now the fine print says the phone Might not get made at all And the deposit I put down Don't constitute a call But that's just legal language Protecting their position I ordered four of those gold phones And I stand by my decision [Outro — chorus, slightly deflated but still committed] Yeah it's coming, yeah it's coming Just a few more weeks, give or take It's coming, yeah it's coming Some things are just worth the wait Some things are worth the wait Some things are worth the wait
