(Violin solo intro) (Piano solo) I love the cross The beautiful cross Where He suffered and died for me He took the stripes And the crown of thorns Now my life has been set free I love the cross The wonderful cross That Jesus was hung on that day The pain and the shame That He endured Takes all my worries away Oh what a price He paid that day To show us His love His glorious love I love the cross The cross of my Lord I love the cross of Christ I love the cross The marvelous cross Even though it’s where my Lord died He came down for me From His royal throne And gave me eternal life I love the cross And I’ll bow my knee At the foot of that bloody sight I’ll raise my hands And lift up my praise For the cross is where I find the Light Worship Him Worship Him Jesus our Lord and King Worship Him Worship Him Jesus our everything Oh what a price He paid that day To show us His love His glorious love I love the cross The cross of my Lord I love the cross of Christ Oh what a price He paid that day To show us His love His glorious love I love the cross The cross of my Lord I love the cross of Christ I love the cross The cross of my Lord I love the cross of Christ
