[Verse 1] We step in, door shuts Red light on the wall A map with missing pieces And a timer starts to fall Dust on the fake old books A key behind the frame You grin like this is war now And I love the way you game [Pre-Chorus] Count the clues Don’t lose your cool One more lock And we break right through [Chorus] Escape room, baby, escape room We’re one clue from the truth Escape room, baby, escape room I’m locked in here with you (with you) Turn the dial, don’t let go We got one shot, let’s go Escape room, baby, escape room We’ll find the way out soon [Verse 2] Mirror says “look closer” So I kneel on the floor There’s ink inside the candle And a number on the door Your hand brushes mine When the puzzle starts to click We laugh like we’re in trouble And every second feels quick [Pre-Chorus] Hear that beep We’re close, we’re close One last code Then out we go [Chorus] Escape room, baby, escape room We’re one clue from the truth Escape room, baby, escape room I’m locked in here with you (with you) Turn the dial, don’t let go We got one shot, let’s go Escape room, baby, escape room We’ll find the way out soon [Bridge] The final lock is shaking My heart is racing hard You shout the answer laughing And the whole wall slides apart [Chorus] Escape room, baby, escape room We’re one clue from the truth Escape room, baby, escape room I’m locked in here with you (with you) Turn the dial, don’t let go We got one shot, let’s go Escape room, baby, escape room We’ll find the way out soon
