Well, look at me now feet under me breath coming easier light enough to move I wore hard days rough till my dreams gave out I learned to bend without giving myself away Now thereās looseness in my shoulders more bounce in my stride I donāt need rehearsal to know what I outlasted More than one name for the whole of it More than one face in the view of it I donāt need infinity made small to explain I can leave some things bigger than my brain I pulled through Spirit still mine soul sitting easy after a hard stretch of time Iām moving along with space to become whatever I'm meant to be One in the many many in one Call it the universe call it the whole A thousand small names for something we canāt hold I pulled through ā¦and Iām moving along Used to think an answer had to fit in one hand Now I like the mystery better than that demand Maybe we made faces so the vast could feel near Gave it different voices different customs different years And maybe each pathway still opens to the same Something too enormous to belong to one name Donāt need agreement Donāt need one design If the many meet the whole somewhere outside the mind I can honor what Iām given without claiming what it is And keep moving with a little more ease than before I pulled through Spirit still mine soul sitting easy after a hard stretch of time Iām moving along with space to become whatever I'm meant to be One in the many many in one Call it the universe call it the whole A thousand small names for something we canāt hold I pulled through ā¦and Iām moving along One in the many Many in one No single language can finish the sum So give it a name if that helps you see Iāll leave mine open wide as it needs to be I donāt have to solve it to know I belong Maybe being part of it is reason enough to move on I pulled through Spirit still mine soul sitting easy and the timing feels right Iām moving along with space to become whatever I'm meant to be One in the many many in one Whatever is larger than what we can know Iām part of it too ā¦and so are you.
