[start]

[Verse]
[VOCALS: gender-fluent liquid off-kilter a-tonal hazy harmonies | unstable formant center |
pitch drift | sliding vowels]
-
-
[Gasping for air]
Lost in the noise, feeling alone,
Different, but that's my tone.
[HOARSE DELIVERY: quarter-tone bends | unstable sustain]
Not the norm, but that's okay,
In my own world, I'll stay.
-
-
-
-
[Chorus]
[VOCAL PERFORMANCE: formant wobble | pitch memory failure | anti-melodic contour]
[ARTICULATION: drunken slurring | vocal fry pulses]
Not a weirdo, just feeling low,
In a world of highs, where do I go?
[VOCAL TEXTURE: granular scattering | syllable smearing]
Misunderstood, but that's understood,
In my solitude, I'll find what's good.
[BACKGROUND VOCALS: formant-shifted choir | detuned unison | chopped up]
[Echoing softly]
(misunderstood)
(misunderstood)

[Bridge]
[VOCALS:
synthetic-leaning harmonies | pitch-drifting layers | detached affect]
[MELODIC BEHAVIOR: broken melisma | unstable intervals]
[BACKGROUND HARMONY: dissonant stacked tones | microtonal clash]
Let me breathe, let me be,
In my weirdness, I'm free.
[SPEAK-SING: consonant-heavy stress]
Not fitting in, that's my sway,
In my own rhythm, I'll STAY!
-
-
[BACKGROUND VOCALS: granular resynthesis | time-smear]
[Echoing softly]

(WEIRDO)

[Chorus]
[VOCAL PERFORMANCE: severely unstable pitch | formant bending | off-grid phrasing ] stoned detached tone]
Not a WEIRDO, just feeling low,
In a world of highs, where do I go?
[FLOW: erratic timing, broken breath groups]
Misunderstood, but that's understood,
In my solitude, I'll find what's good.

[outro]
[NON-LEXICAL VOCALS: detuned chant | near-whisper | pitch-decay tails]
(WEIRDO)
