Mercy doesn't call the darkness light, Doesn't change the wrong to make it right. It tells the truth, but leaves the door Open to become something more. Truth says, "Turn around." Grace says, "Come home." Mercy says, "You don't have To walk this road alone." Mercy makes room for **forgiveness,** Mercy makes room for **repentance,** Mercy brings **restoration,** Mercy brings **transformation.** It doesn't change the truth— **Mercy changes me.** David fell, Peter denied, Paul had darkness in his life. The prodigal came home in shame— But mercy didn't leave them the same. Not permission— **TRANSFORMATION!** Not excuses— **REPENTANCE!** Not condemnation— **RESTORATION!** Truth and mercy— **REDEMPTION!** Mercy doesn't call evil good, It calls me out of where I stood. Forgiven, restored, finally free— Mercy doesn't change the truth. **Mercy changes me.**
