[Verse 1] I hop into the garbage truck And collect trash left and right You, with that angry look You, with that look of discontent Wanna hop in? I’m out here collecting trash Broken box, bent can, old bag Swept clean in one fast pass [Pre-Chorus] If you’re mad, keep still I can haul that weight Roll with me through the block Let me sort that fate [Chorus] I’m collecting trash I’m collecting trash Just make sure you don’t Get mistaken for garbage I’m collecting trash I’m collecting trash You can hop in too If you know your place [Verse 2] White gloves on, heavy load Stomped cans make the beat One more grin from the curb And the whole street clears for me You keep that stare I keep this route One man’s mess is my gold And I don’t miss a route [Pre-Chorus] If you’re mad, keep still I can haul that weight Roll with me through the block Let me sort that fate [Chorus] I’m collecting trash I’m collecting trash Just make sure you don’t Get mistaken for garbage I’m collecting trash I’m collecting trash You can hop in too If you know your place [Bridge] [Breakdown] Zip that glare Drop that pride Back of the truck There’s room inside [Final Chorus] I’m collecting trash I’m collecting trash Just make sure you don’t Get mistaken for garbage I’m collecting trash I’m collecting trash You can hop in too If you know your place
