As for Magic, the way I understand it is that any action is technically magical. Think about what a Magician is Doing exactly. Scrap the symbolism and that kind of stuff. The Magician is attempting to change something into what they want, and is going about it methodically. So, you want coffee? Well, you have to get the beans, grind them up, get water, boil it, mix the grounds in, let it steep, pour it in a cup, and enjoy. This is an example of magic being used in mundane ways. It can range to the psychological and supernatural, too.
