So I’m laying here just thinking of my life. And how blessed I am that you are my wife. One bad day will never change the way I feel. I know for you and me our love is real. Just because I am a man doesn’t mean that I don’t understand. What goes along with the wedding band and so we go on hand and hand. You work so hard I wish I could slow you down. Not to lower your standards but to remove that little frown. I want to see you smile so I remain the clown. Well work a little and play a game or two. It’s so nice just to be with you. You’re my dream girl and yes you make my world. There’s no one else who could take your place. And yes I love to kiss your face. We have been together for 43 years. We have shared plenty of laughter and tears and right now I am here to say you’re still the one who makes my day. Take it out on me and it’s ok. I promise I am here to stay.
