(Verse 1) At midnight they awaken, when the clocks all start to chime, The toys that slept in silence now step out of their design. Porcelain eyes are gleaming, the rocking horse will moan, The jack-in-the-box is laughing, and I am not alone. (Whispered) ha,ha,ha,ha (Pre-Chorus) Whispers in the toy chest, rattles in the dark, Little hands of horror reach to claim my heart. (Whispered) "ha,ha,ha,ha" (Chorus) Midnight toys of terror, crawling from the gloom, Dancing in the shadows of this haunted room. Midnight toys of terror, with a laughter sharp and cold, They play their wicked games, and they’ll never grow old. (Whispered) "ha,ha,ha,ha" (Verse 2) A doll with broken eyelids stares into my soul, Her stitched-up smile is crooked, her grip won’t let me go. The train is running circles, its whistle screams despair, While teddy bears with hollow eyes are clawing at the air. (Whispered) "ha,ha,ha,ha" (Pre-Chorus) The music box is turning, its melody’s a curse, Each note it plays grows louder, until the night is worse. (Whispered) "ha,ha,ha,ha" (Bridge) Tick-tock, the hour’s near, Little voices whisper clear: “Come and play, don’t try to run, The terror’s here, the game’s begun.” (Whispered) "ha,ha,ha,ha" (Final Chorus) Midnight toys of terror, their faces close to mine, Strings and screws and shattered dreams, a circus so divine. Midnight toys of terror, I hear their voices sing, And in this house of nightmares— I’m just another plaything. (Whispered) ha,ha,ha,ha (Outro – Whispered) "ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha" “Forever play… Forever stay…”
