"The line of Grace" based on a book by Slona North

Verse 1I saw a vision in the quiet night,A dream of mercy and a guiding light. We stand on soil but we look toward the sky,Watching the fleeting days just hurry by."For what is your life? It is even a vapour," James 4:14But eternal love rewrite's a sinner's chapter.ChorusWe’re not in line yet, the gate is open wide,There is still time to choose who walks inside.Don't fear the judgment, just look at His face,Make the most of this time in the line of grace.Verse 2I’ve stubbed my toes and I have lost my way,I’m open with the words I have to say."A just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again," Proverbs 24:16His mercy cleanses every single stain. The clock is ticking but the choice is yours,To seek His heart before He shuts the doors.ChorusWe’re not in line yet, the gate is open wide,There is still time to choose who walks inside.Don't fear the judgment, just look at His face,Make the most of this time in the line of grace.Bridge"I have loved thee with an everlasting love," Jeremiah 31:3A holy promise sent down from above."Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you," James 4:8Use your remaining days to make your heart brand new.OutroGet up again. The day is bright.Choose where you rest.Walk in the light.
