Ritual of the Elucid Witch
I draw the mark where the candlelight bleeds, Ash on my fingers, I’m feeding the reeds. Circle of salt where the forest is hushed, Every breath that you take turns heavy, CRUSHED! I speak in tongues that the daylight won’t wear, Binding your soul to the smoke in the air. A word that creeps under muscle and skin, Where the fear of your ending is how I begin. Hexes in rhythm, I murmur them slow, Spell like a river that’s cursed not to flow! Every word is stab in the heart of the sky, Every plea is a reason I’m twisting the why. And something must pay for the power I use, Something must give so the cycle loops So I offer a feather, a heartbeat, and your name A piece of your peace you can never reclaim! Hexes, curses, and sacrifices (spellbound, fall down) What I claim is more than what your life is. (spirits, come round) Every deal is sealed in blood from your bone, (hear me, heed me) Every altar built from the love ive outgrown. (Darkness, feed me) The flame holds still, it leans when I speak, Counting the debts of the desperate and weak. Sevenfold silence spirals upright in the air, Seeking the proof of the blood that I bear. But mercy’s a currency long since drained, And love is a word that my sight has chained. So I trade in what u speak, the broken spell mourn, For lacking in strength the very moment you’re born. Hexes in rhythm, the chant never ends, Spells are the language reality spends. And when the last offering sinks into night, You’ll learn what it means to be bound to my rite. Hexes, curses, and sacrifices (spellbound, fall down) Nothing leaves here without compromises. (spirits, come round) And I am the tongue that the darkness will choose, (hear me, heed me) When the world begs for payment… I never refuse. (Darkness, feed me) (Shadow, feed me) (Darkness, heed thee) (Shadow, feed me)
