[Spoken Intro] In Leehi’s dream, a man in a white robe said, “Follow me.” Leehi followed— and found himself in darkness. [Verse 1] A man appeared in gleaming white And beckoned, “Follow me.” Leehi walked behind the robe Through waste he could not see. The darkness stretched for many hours Until he stopped and prayed; He called upon the Lord for mercy, And light revealed the way. [Chorus] I won’t live on borrowed light Or follow just because it shines; A title cannot seek the Lord Or make His witness mine. I’ll honor those who point to Christ, Then learn to know His voice; Follow the Voice, not just the robe— Let Jesus be my choice. [Verse 2] I thank the ones who teach me And point me toward the tree; But no one else can taste the fruit Or seek the Lord for me. No borrowed lamp can fill my soul, No title make me whole; I have to cry unto the Lord And let Him lead me home. [Bridge] This isn’t doubt or disrespect; It’s how a witness grows: I listen, pray, and ask the Lord Until my own heart knows. [Final Chorus] I won’t live on borrowed light Or follow just because it shines; A title cannot seek the Lord Or make His witness mine. I’ll honor those who point to Christ, Then seek Him on my own; Follow the Voice, not just the robe— And let Him lead me home. [Spoken Outro] The man wore white. The path was dark. Leehi called upon the Lord.
