[Verse 1] What is death? A cause of fear? What is our work? Our mission here? [Chorus] Maybe our life is just a test And mortal death is just a rest A rest from toil and earthly strife A beginning of eternal life [Verse 2] Is God so cruel to make life dear? Then end our lives forever here? Or does He have some other plan? To show concern and love for man? [Chorus] Maybe our life is just a test And mortal death is just a rest A rest from toil and earthly strife A beginning of eternal life [Outro] A rest from toil and earthly strife A beginning of eternal life
