[Female and Female Duet] [Female][Verse 1] Here's the thing about the amazing aardvarks, they dig down deep, they make their mark. Ten thousand feet into the ground, that's where their burrow can be found. [Female][Verse 2] An amazing aardvark borough, AAB if you will, that's where they settle, that's where they chill. Then they travel back up to the surface light and steal human things in the dead of night. [Chorus] Oh, amazing aardvarks, what a sight, they take your treasures and vanish right. They don't put them back together again, they leave them as broken junk, amen. [Female][Verse 3] So if you're missing something from your home, it may be down beneath the loan. Probably under your house, deep and low, where the amazing aardvarks go. [Female][Verse 4] They didn't always do this back in time, when stuff was scarce in their long-ago prime. Then it was coconuts, leaves, and fruit, fig trees too, root and shoot. [Bridge] And they were such a pain to the regular kind, not the same, though they look the same line for line. Regular aardvarks don't dig that deep, they won't take your things while you're asleep. [Chorus] Oh, amazing aardvarks, what a sight, they take your treasures and vanish right. Look close and you'll see what they've got in their arms, probably your stuff, and they're up to their charms. [Outro] So if one is carrying something today, that's the clue that it's stealing away. Down deep in the dark, where the lost things stay, the amazing aardvark has taken it away.
