Nineteen steps traverse with pain From outer Gate to Love's Domain. While nineteen Candles show the Way From dark of night to Light of Day. A lover’s journey, walked in trust, Yet never walked alone, for thus— With every step the seeker moves, The Beloved takes a thousand too. The Path is an Eternity From letter B to letter E. Then bid the Master let you in, A lover's journey to begin. A lover’s journey, walked in trust, Yet never walked alone, for thus— With every step the seeker moves, The Beloved takes a thousand too. Becoming is a seed that's sown By Being's Hand: to all Unknown. And 'though its roots are underground, Its fruits on higher planes are found. A lover’s journey, walked in trust, Yet never walked alone, for thus— With every step the seeker moves, The Beloved takes a thousand too.
