[Spoken Intro] You promised power from on high, the Holy Spirit would come upon Your people. From Jerusalem, through Judea and Samaria, to the ends of the earth— You called us to be Your witnesses. [Verse 1] We waited together in Jerusalem, then heaven came like wind and flame. The Spirit filled the waiting church, and every tongue proclaimed Your name. Peter stood and preached the risen Christ, thousands heard and turned to You. They broke their bread, they shared their lives, and day by day Your people grew. [Pre-Chorus] No fear could silence what we had seen, no wall could hold the living Word. [Chorus] You give us power through Your Spirit, You send us out to testify. In Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, Your gospel moves from life to life. Through every road, through every nation, Jesus Christ will be proclaimed. To the ends of the earth we carry the witness of Your risen name. [Verse 2] Stephen saw the heavens opened, faithful even unto death. The scattered church became the seed that carried far the gospel breath. Philip went down into Samaria, good news crossed another line. On a desert road one heart believed, and grace kept moving by design. [Instrumental Interlude – 8–12 seconds] [Verse 3] Then Saul was stopped upon the road, the persecutor heard Your call. The enemy became a witness, chosen now to preach to all. Peter entered Cornelius’ house, the Spirit fell on Gentiles too. Antioch prayed and sent them outward— the mission widened, strong and new. [Bridge] Through Asia Minor, on to Macedonia, through Philippi, Athens, Corinth too. Through Ephesus and back to Jerusalem, Your faithful word kept breaking through. Chains could not bind it. Prisons could not stop it. Storms could not drown it. Kings could not silence it. From city to city, from shore to shore, the kingdom message traveled on. Through weakness, suffering, courage, and grace, the risen Christ was made known. [Final Verse] At last the road arrived in Rome, yet still the gospel was not bound. Paul proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught of Jesus without fear. With boldness and without hindrance, the living message carried on. The book may close upon these pages, but the witness still goes on. [Final Scripture Refrain] By Your Spirit we receive power. By Your Spirit we become witnesses. From Jerusalem, through Judea and Samaria, to the ends of the earth. [Ending] To the ends of the earth.
