[Verse 1] Karen is jealous Karen makes you dizzy Watchin’ every move Like she’s on duty Karen’s got her eyes on you Like CCTV She knows what you do She’s all in your business She says, “I’m gonna resign” Then changes it again Same story every time Round and round and then [Pre-Chorus] She needs that money She’s raisin’ her child Lookin’ for another job That won’t be easy now Low self-esteem But she loves the scene Tryna block your shine Just to feel like queen [Chorus] Karen, Karen Why so obsessed? Karen, Karen Never gets no rest Watchin’ everybody Playin’ her game You can talk, you can watch But you stay the same Karen, Karen Why so obsessed? Jealous won’t make you Any less [Verse 2] She smiles at you But don’t trust that face That smile is sweet Something out of place She’s quick with a rumor Quick with a stare Actin’ like she cares But she never cares You see her on the corner Countin’ every glance Tryna run the room But she don’t got a chance [Pre-Chorus] She needs that money She’s raisin’ her child Lookin’ for another job That won’t be easy now Low self-esteem But she loves the scene Tryna block your shine Just to feel like queen [Chorus] Karen, Karen Why so obsessed? Karen, Karen Never gets no rest Watchin’ everybody Playin’ her game You can talk, you can watch But you stay the same Karen, Karen Why so obsessed? Jealous won’t make you Any less [Bridge] Say what you want Say what you need Behind all that noise It’s fear underneath You don’t need my life You don’t need my name You can keep your watch I won’t play your game [Final Chorus] Karen, Karen Why so obsessed? Karen, Karen Never gets no rest Watchin’ everybody Playin’ her game You can talk, you can watch But you stay the same Karen, Karen Why so obsessed? Jealous won’t make you Any less
