Do You Want to Get Well?

(spoken: Do you want to get well?) Piano intro Verse 1: Setting the Scene Sitting by the water, counting all my fears. So many years of pain wrapped up in all my tears. The water gets to stirring, but I just sit and stare. Blaming everyone around me for why I'm still right there. Chorus: The Core Message No more excuses, no more delay. The Healer is standing right in front of you today. Don't wait for the water, don't look at the crowd. He's telling you "Rise up," He's saying it loud. Step out in faith, leave the past where it’s at Trust in the Savior, and pick up your mat. Verse 2: Modern Application We look at our brokenness and say it's just too late. We build up our reasons to compromise and wait. "Tomorrow I'll change, tomorrow I'll start." But Jesus is right here, right now, ready to change your heart. Bridge: The Call to Action He didn't ask for your history. He didn't ask for a reason why. He just said, "Do you want to be whole?” So look Him in the eye and let His blessings flow. Outro: The Choice of Hope softly sung over a fading piano The water is still, but His voice is clear. The waiting is over, the Healer is here. He’s asking you now, looking into your soul: "Do you want to be healed? Do you want to get well?" [slow down to the finish] So step out of the shadows, leave the excuses behind. There’s a beautiful freedom that you're gonna find. When you answer His call, when you trust in His word... The chains start to break, and all your prayers have been heard. So take hold of His hand You’re not walking alone He’ll make you well. He’ll make you whole….. So…Do you want to get well?
