Letter 33. The Trial and Execution of Jesus Christ

V6-WILD

[Introduction]: Tried hastily before Pilate's tribunal and the Sanhedrin, condemned by the manipulated crowd, Jesus suffers the torture on the wood—the tragic climax of his earthly journey. [Verse 1]: The praetorium echoes with cries of hatred and missteps, Pilate washes his hands while they shout "Down with him!" They choose Barabbas and condemn the Lamb, To the infamous torture of this heavy and beautiful wood. The crown of thorns pressed upon his brow, He bears his cross amid laughter and insult. [Chorus]: Tried by men, nailed to the wood, He offers his life in a final surge of emotion. Blood and grace flow upon the earth, Closing the chapter of an immense mystery. [Verse 2]: Upon Golgotha the wind rose glacial, The bruised body suspended on the fatal wood. Nails pierce the flesh, the suffering is total, While the crowd contemplates this spectacle. "Father, forgive them, they know not what they do," His final words hover above the mount. [Chorus]: Tried by men, nailed to the wood, He offers his life in a final surge of emotion. Blood and grace flow upon the earth, Closing the chapter of an immense mystery. [Verse 3]: The sky darkens, the earth begins to tremble, The veil of the temple is torn in two. "It is finished," he murmurs with his final breath, While the storm and the void rage and run out of breath. The body descends into a white shroud, Leaving the world orphan, frozen, and bloodied. [Outro]: The tomb closes upon a sealed stone, But history will never be erased...
