You threaten our lifestyle, our laws, and our land— You want to pull history right out of our hands. You’re loud in your cities, but you don’t feel our scars— You don’t know what happens when Washington bars the voice of the South with their self-righteous call— If Lincoln gets power… THE UNION WILL FALL. ⚡ PRE-CHORUS – Both sides overlapping NORTH (bright): We’re voting change— We’re voting hope! We’re voting someone who can cope! SOUTH (dark): We’re voting pride— We’re voting past— We’re voting something built to last! NORTH: Forward! SOUTH: Backwards! NORTH: Freedom! SOUTH: Honor! Not for party, pride, or glory… but the soul of Uncle Sam. ⚖️ DOUGLAS – swagger re-entry DOUGLAS (grinning): Abe, you’re sweet— but way too green. This election’s bigger than your noble dream.
