Matters of the Heart

[Spoken Word] Having grown fond of the girl from the saloon, the Marshal... Carter Blackheart... tries desperately to give both Emerald and his old Outlaw friend advice to steer clear of one another as he believes their path together would only lead to sorrow. Believing this his opportunity to confess his feelings, he makes a heart-breaking discovery. From a distance, Carter over-hears Emerald's gentle ode to Jaymison Brand to abandon his outlaw ways, and embrace her love for him.
