[Chorus] The Lord is my motivator; for him I labour; yes, he’s motivational; bless him who’s inspirational. In his sight, I’m unblameable. That’s right, and unreproveable; Furthermore, I’m someone who is holy; he bore my sin; it’s ALL through Christ’s death for me! [Verse 1] Since God be for me, who can oppose? I walk with Jesus, him have I chose! So who condemns me? I am set free. Who dare accuses? Me, God chooses. [Verse 2] Since I belong to Christ, I am Abraham’s seed; thankful for his sacrifice, I got all that I need. So I’m saved, and bold; of that take heed; and will not be cold, but with him: succeed. [Verse 3] Since I’m God’s child: with Christ, I’m a joint-heir; being reconciled: we, together, do share; though we are reviled, we are aware: of salvation we’re styled and righteousness wear. [Verse 4] I’m sanctified; justified - God never lied; with him, I do side: and will abide - I won’t carry pride; His word’s applied. I’m headed through the narrow gate; it is not wide… What matters: what’s inside; I’m armoured, fortified - while God is glorified; his name: magnified. In life, I’ve tried; I’ll do my best! I trust that God will help with the rest. He’s not a pest, I’m not a pest - yet, I confess: I won’t look back at all my mess. He won’t remember my sins! His heart is tender; yes, he wins.
