Freakquency Flush: Fatigue | Let the Guard Rest
[Soft distant waves, low singing bowl] [Soft spoken, slow] Settle in... let the water hold you. There is nowhere to go. Nothing to handle. No one to manage. For these few minutes, the watch is not yours to keep. [Framing, warm] This guided experience is for fatigue — the tired that sleep doesn't fix. We'll visit it gently, with kindness, at your own pace. Four doorways may open: the first time the tiredness came... the worst it ever felt... the most recent wave of it... or the worry about the next time. Let whichever one wants to come forward, come forward. No forcing. No digging. The water carries; you only float. [Breathing] Now, the breath. Breathe in through the nose... two... three... four. Hold, soft... two... three... four. And let it leave through the mouth — long and slow — two... three... four... five... six... seven... eight — like fog lifting off old water. Hold, empty... two... three... four. [Pause] Again... in... hold... and the long mouth exhale... the old day leaving. [Pause] One more round... let every exhale be the tide going out. [Guided connection, tender] From inside that steady rhythm... let the doorway open. Notice where the tiredness lives in your body right now. [Pause] When did it begin — this feeling of being on guard, even at rest? [Pause] You don't need the whole story. One picture is enough. One feeling. [Pause] Who received your strength... and gave so little back? [Pause] Where did "no" feel too dangerous to say out loud... so the body learned to say it for you, by running out? [Pause] Whatever rises, you are safe here. The water holds it all. [Pause] And this, very gently: is there a small fear of getting better... of the open door... of what might be asked of you then? [Pause] Just notice. Even the fear may float. [Pause] Now let the younger you — the one who had to handle everything — feel your hand resting on their shoulder. Tell them: you can set it down now. You did enough. You were always enough. [The Flush] Now the tide rises through you, and everything loosened washes free. At the base of you — red, warm as cinnamon, steady as old stone — the guard tower dissolves into sand. You are safe without the watching. [sung "O"] Below the navel — orange as ripe fruit on moonlit water — the current turns: what you give may now return to you. Receive... receive. [sung "Oo"] In the upper belly — gold as grain fields in the sun — the battery of you refills. Your power comes home from every hand that held it. Your fire serves you now. [sung "Ah"] In the chest — green as a garden after rain — old disappointment lifts like silt and washes out to sea. The heart keeps only the love. Love stays. [sung "Ay"] At the throat — blue as deep water — the true "no" and the true "yes" float up, clean and easy. Your voice can do that work now. The body may rest. [sung "Ee"] Between the brows — indigo, calm as lavender — the fog of "what if" thins... and the way forward simply appears. [sung "Mm"] And at the top of the head — violet light, open as sky — clear water... clear signal... light pouring through. [sung "Ng"] [Old Crap Clearing, warm and easy] Two more gifts before you rise. Feel a gentle magnet at the bottom of your chin. Slowly it sweeps up over your face... over the crown of your head... down to the back of your neck... drawing the old charge up and out. Let it release with the sweep. [Pause] Again... chin... face... crown... neck... letting go. [Pause] A third pass... slower still... lifting whatever is left. [Pause] And a fourth... the last of it rising away like mist off the water. [Pause] And now one more way this old energy releases — everywhere it began, everywhere it was stored: Everything that brought this up, everything it is — destroy and uncreate it all. Right and wrong, good and bad, Point of Creation, Point of Destruction, all nine, shorts, boys, and beyonds. Done. Released. Easy as that. [Return] The water is lighter now. So are you. Rest is allowed to reach you... and to stay. When you rise, drink a glass of water — keep the river moving. And move a little: a slow walk, a gentle stretch,
