The Cat, The Bat and The Rat (XC … x The Fox, The Skunk, and The Racco… (Mashup)

[singer A] The cat's on the roof Chasing the stars The bat's in the cave Strumming guitars The rat’s got a map A treasure to find Three oddballs One wild design [singer B] In the forest where the shadows fall Lived a fox with a silver drawl A skunk who danced like a midnight tune And a sly little raccoon who stole the moon [singer A] The cat The bat And the rat Running circles Where they at The cat The bat And the rat One step forward Two steps flat [singer B] Oh the fox runs fast the skunk stands proud The raccoon whispers never too loud In the night they laugh in the moonlit glow Three strange friends where the wild winds blow [singer A] They climb They fall They rise again A trio of chaos No beginning or end [singer B] They danced through rivers climbed up hills Their laughter echoed gave the forest chills Each one a tale a legend to weave In the heart of the woods on an autumn eve [singer A] They laugh in the moonlight Howl at the dark A symphony of mischief A spark in the park No rules No leash Just a curious spree Three tiny rebels rewriting the spree [singer B] The fox said someday we'll leave this land But tonight we feast where the pines still stand The skunk spun circles the raccoon cheered Three kindred souls with nothing to fear
