The fighting was done I was left alone on this empty planet The only blue I could see now Was the sky and in the oceans My wings barely could fly I began to wonder endlessly Until I could feel the flames in the distance It was then I came upon That violet and purple glow A flame I had never seen before It was not the blue that I searched for But was something new So I took you by the hand Helped calm the rage you were letting out Used our wings to carry us To the mountains And at the top Was a sanctuary older than us Gold that shined Tiles that sparked Natural light so beautiful Looking out into the distance was a pool That was so peaceful that we could not resist Jumping Splashing And swimming around until the moment fell on us I could see you shine in the sun Run my hands along your face You said I was all that you need And the cracks of my broken heart Was being filled with your purple love I thought just how this could be How did love find me Again Each touch sent our hearts a blaze Every laugh just made time fly by Laying in the water with you in my arms We just laid back and let this moment Feel so perfect That we never wanted it to end Our kiss was caught in the sun But brought out the stars The moon shined down on us A shiver ran through our skin I made just one more wish That no matter what it takes I will not let my crimson fire Be put out Or extinguished again Please don’t break this heart And let me fly in the sky To be free with this Angel That burns with a violet But flames I can feel the purple Let us just be free
