The Reverend is organising a fun dance evening for our young, up-and-coming congregation and, of course, already has an idea for a community dance. He is particularly proud of the song he wrote himself for the occasion. The Reverend hopes to see you all there. He wouldn't say no to a bottle or two of firewater either... ------------------------------------------- Dance with the Lord Stomp your boots upon the floor! Stomp, stomp! Spin your gal and round some more! Round and round! Raise your hands and shout Amen! Amen! Clap your hands, stomp your feet, Dance with the Lord in the desert heat! Grab your partner, spin her ‘round, Raise the roof of this ol’ town! Shake that dust from your old boots! Shake it! Kick it high and stomp the roots! Kick it high! Clap your hands, stomp your feet, Dance with the Lord in the desert heat! Grab your partner, spin her ‘round, Raise the roof of this ol’ town!
