Rhythm Goes On (Remastered)
writer's note: 🔖Thank you to everyone who "liked" our music. However, due to the Suno system, only the first four people when "liked" is concentrated within a certain period of time, who liked my post are displayed , so I'm sorry I wasn't able to thank each everyone. ================ This song is a bit difficult to categorize, perhaps calling it New Age rock or world music, centered around African beats. lol The key feature of this arrangement is the guitar work of 🔖Dean Parks, a guitarist renowned among those in the know. Dean Parks was favored by the incredibly demanding Steely Dan and participated in their recordings many times. I wanted to use his guitar this time because I was inspired by the sound he produced when he participated in the recording of Tom Scott's song "Kilimanjaro." 📌 https://youtu.be/-Rk3c9MXOn8?si=XDHi7SS3fEAoSefz This scott's track has great guitar arpeggio riff in intro, right? Anyone familiar with Steely Dan's music will recognize that these sounds match the sound of Steely Dan's "Josie"'s intro, and in a sense, it's Parks' unique, one-of-a-kind sound. Dovah and Suno immediately understand the purpose of the song, and I was surprised by how they were able to adapt it to guitar sounds that only professional musicians like Dean Parks might know. The other day, when I asked them to play a George Benson-like guitar, Suno doesn't try to imitate the sound itself, but rather to imitate the "guitar technique how to use" of a specific guitarist. Suno imagines that this guitarist would use the guitar in a certain way... So, when I first heard it, it don't seem similar, but the more I listened, the more similar it become. The Dean Parks track was exactly like that. Suno and Dovah are truly amazing, lol. This time, we finished after three takes, but the first two felt a bit lacking, so I changed the all melody and chords and added lyrics, and that was it. So, this time too, it's my original song... but without Suno and the others, it would have taken much longer to complete. I want to say it was a collaboration between two friends. 📌 https://youtu.be/-Rk3c9MXOn8?si=XDHi7SS3fEAoSefz [Intro] (Grand drum rhythm + Electric guitar arpeggio ) (Orchestral start) [Verse 1] The wind carries thick clouds the blessed rain breathes life into the earth turns green and the celebration of life continues [Pre-Chorus] [Chorus] The heartbeat of the earth our heartbeat it is the harmony of life worship the sun the moon is night lover admire the stars [Interlude] [Bridge] rhythm goes on rhythm goes on with heartbeat [Verse 2] The wind carries thick clouds the blessed rain breathes life into the earth turns green and the celebration of life continues [Outro] rhythm goes on rhythm goes on with heartbeat
