高い場所で眠くなるあたしは 屋上の天体ドームで昼寝するのが好きだった それ目当てで入部のサインした天文部 誰か置き忘れたPlanisphereに頭乗せて目を閉じた 小窓のずっと下でマグノリアの木が揺れていた そして大袈裟なほど重い鈍色の鍵を閉めて 扉に背を向けいつものあたしに戻っていく 階段を降りて現実へと戻っていく あたしたちは捨てられない荷物をひとつふたつと乗せられ この地球の大部分を占める「大人」に 「従順な大人」になる練習をさせられているのだ だからあたしは今日もドームに向かう 少しでも高い高い高いところへ 重力から逃れるようにイカロスみたいに太陽に手を伸ばす ドームには演劇部の大道具が押し込まれ 巨大なピエロがあたしを見下ろして笑っていた 大人でも子どもでもない顔で笑っていた 笑っていた ---------------------------- I was sleepy in high places, and loved to take naps in the rooftop celestial dome so I signed up to join the astronomy club where I put my head on a planisphere that someone had left behind and closed my eyes and saw a magnolia tree swaying far below the small window. When my nap was over, I closed the heavy dull lock and turned my back to the door. We descended the stairs and returned to the reality of our usual selves. We have no freedom as we are loaded one after the other with baggage we can't throw away and the majority, the “adults”, are making us practice to be “obedient adults” in the future! I'm heading to the Celestial Dome again today I want to go as high, as high as I can I reach for the sun like the legendary Icarus to escape gravity The celestial dome housed many of the props used by the drama club One of them, a giant clown, was looking down at me and laughing The clown was laughing with a face that was neither adult nor child
