--- 🇬🇧 English A dusty box concealed the chronicles of years gone by, Where beneath a layer of ash a forgotten dream still sleeps. A crumpled old receipt, a worn-out envelope, The cooling trace of someone else's happiness. Photographs where shadows blur the faces, And suddenly a long-forgotten day returned to my heart. Among those letters and paper-covered years, A small station came alive, and dawn began to tremble. I thought the world was transparent, that I could see through it all, But everything collapsed in a single second. It seemed the express train was carrying me toward sunrise, Yet it carried away my home, and now it's gone forever. I remember that small station, the trembling night lights, I crossed countless miles toward the memory of you. But reflected in the platform glass was a figure in the crowd, A stranger standing there, smiling at you. Your cheerful laughter among unfamiliar roads Erased in an instant everything I failed to save. The doors swung open, the station filled with noise, And I remained in my seat. I had been wrong. I thought the world was transparent, that I could see through it all, But everything collapsed in a single second. It seemed the express train was carrying me toward sunrise, Yet it carried away my home, and now it's gone forever. The stubborn rhythm of wheels, rails striking into darkness, I left my sun behind on an empty corner. I never returned to that quiet place, To my imagined, lost paradise. At the very bottom of the box lay a fragment of a photograph, The same small station, a curl of your hair. And on the back, where the ink had nearly faded away, Three short words remained from a vanished silence. "With my brother at the station..." The handwriting said. And tears froze halfway through the verse. I still keep the ticket. But the platform is gone. A part of me remained there, Never finding the meaning. Too late.
