The Antichrist - By The War Scroll

**Verse 1:** Children, it is the last hour, As you have heard, the antichrist comes with power, Now many antichrists have come, We know the time has begun. **Chorus:** Who is the liar but he who denies, Jesus is the Christ, truth and light, Every spirit that does not confess Him, Is the spirit of the antichrist within. **Verse 2:** The man of lawlessness revealed, Son of destruction, his fate sealed, Opposing God, exalting high, In the temple of God, proclaiming a lie. **Chorus:** Who is the liar but he who denies, Jesus is the Christ, truth and light, Every spirit that does not confess Him, Is the spirit of the antichrist within. **Bridge:** For the mystery of lawlessness is at work, The lawless one comes, false signs, false works, But the Lord Jesus will slay with His breath, And bring him to nothing, defeating death. **Verse 3:** A beast rising from the sea, Ten horns, seven heads, blasphemy, Authority from the dragon's throne, Making war on the saints, a terror shown. **Chorus:** Who is like the beast, who can fight? Given authority, power, and might, But worship not, those written in the Book, The Lamb who was slain, to Him we look. **Verse 4:** False christs, false prophets arise, Performing wonders, deceiving eyes, Leading astray, even the elect, But the true spirit we must detect. **Chorus:** Who is the liar but he who denies, Jesus is the Christ, truth and light, Every spirit that does not confess Him, Is the spirit of the antichrist within. **Bridge:** Captured beast, false prophet in the fire, Tormented forever, Satan's empire, The devil cast into the lake of flame, The end of deceit, glory to His name. **Outro:** Children, it is the last hour, As you have heard, the antichrist comes with power, But we stand firm, in truth and light, In Jesus' name, we fight the good fight.
