Eternal Glory

[Chorus slow tempo] My Afflictions will not last This moment of trials soon will pass This will not be the end, the end of the story For I will stand, I will triumph, in eternal glory…. [Verse 1 male lead] I’ve seen so much trouble come my way I’ve seen the tempest start to rise But at the end of every single day My faith looks beyond the azure skies…. I know I am just one man But I will never stand alone For I trust in the ever-loving plan Of Him who sits upon the throne….. [Chorus high energy up tempo] My Afflictions will not last This moment of trials soon will pass This will not be the end, the end of the story For I will stand, I will triumph, in eternal glory…. [Verse 2 male lead] I’ve never doubt Jesus’ word But at times I could not see If the words I heard Was what was meant to really be… These afflictions don’t seem light Who will lift this heavy weight? But I know things will turn out right According to Romans eight and twenty-eight… [Chorus high energy up tempo] My Afflictions will not last This moment of trials soon will pass This will not be the end, the end of the story For I will stand, I will triumph, in eternal glory…. [Bridge all female high energy] Your afflictions will not last Even this too shall surely pass This is not the end, the end of your story For you will stand triumphant…. In eternal glory…. [males and female] in eternal glory….
