(Verse 1) I hit the lake, in the mornin’ light, My mother shouts, “You’re soaked again, is that right?” Oh momma dear, I’m workin’ on my scene, Girls just wanna trick ski — if you know what I mean! Oh girls just wanna trick ski! (Verse 2) The phone rings, in the middle of the night, My daddy yells, “You’re flippin' out again, right?” Oh daddy dear, you know I love that gleam, But girls just wanna trick ski — if you know what I mean! Oh girls just wanna trick ski! (Chorus) That’s all they really want! To spin and flip and dream! When the slalom day is done, Oh girls — they wanna trick ski! Yeah girls just wanna trick ski! If you know what I mean, and just to be clear — we’re talkin’ about trick skiing! (Verse 3) Some boys take a pretty girl, And keep her dry, out of the swirl, But I wanna be the one to ride that sunbeam, Oh girls, they wanna trick ski — yeah they’re buildin’ up steam! Girls just wanna trick ski! (Bridge) They just want, they just wanna (girls!) They just want, they just wanna, girls just wanna trick ski! Oh girls, girls just wanna trick ski! Toe turns, front flips, spin on the beam, Girls just wanna trick ski — if you know what I mean! (Outro) When the workin’ day is done, They’re hittin’ wakes just for fun! Girls, girls just wanna trick ski! They just wanna, they just wanna! Girls — just wanna trick ski! If you know what I mean!
