[Creepy Synth Intro] [Verse] Out in the midnight A light flickers on Just off the main road At the old Big Top Where no one's performed since 1954 They say that it's haunted So don't go near the lot [Prechorus] And all the best ghost stories Are told after dark [Chorus] It's a circus And the spirits run wild They dance in the shadows The sound of dead clowns Fills the air And if you dare Then you can go And see for yourself But just be careful It's a haunted carnival It's a circus! THE CIRCUS OF THE DEAD! [Verse 2] The carousel turns And the ringmaster waits For all the new recruits And the promises he makes "Let me take you on a journey You won't ever forget For the ride of your life Pay a price of certain death" [Prechorus] And all the best ghost stories Are told after dark [Chorus] It's a circus! And the spirits run wild They dance in the shadows The sound of dead clowns Fills the air And if you dare Then you can go And see for yourself But just be careful It's a haunted carnival It's a circus! And the spirits run wild They dance in the shadows The sound of dead clowns Fills the air And if you dare Then you can go And see for yourself But just be careful It's a haunted carnival...
