[Intro] [Verse 1] In You I take refuge How can you say to me: "Flee like a bird to your mountain"? For look, the wicked bend their bows They set their arrows on the strings to shoot from the shadows [Chorus] But He is in His holy temple He is on His heavenly throne His eyes observe, His eyelids examine The children of men, He examines righteous and wicked [Verse 2] When the foundations are being destroyed What can the righteous do? He tests the righteous But His soul hates the wicked who love violence [Chorus] But He is in His holy temple He is on His heavenly throne His eyes observe, His eyelids examine The children of men, He examines righteous and wicked [Bridge] On the wicked He will rain fiery coals Burning sulfur and scorching wind will be their lot For the LORD is righteous and loves justice The upright will see His face [Chorus 3x] But He is in His holy temple He is on His heavenly throne His eyes observe, His eyelids examine The children of men, He examines righteous and wicked [Outro] In the LORD I take refuge In the LORD I trust I will see His justice I will behold His face [Ending] I will behold His face I will behold His face I will behold His face His face His face
