Hey man, it’s Friday That’s like saying “my day” ‘Cause that’s what it is, Strictly my biz, you know? Take out the trash And let’s go! Hey man, it’s Friday Feels like a highway Windows rolled down, No need for a frown, you know? Kick off my blues And let’s roll! You’re damn right, Let’s fly this coop! It’s Friday, And I’m feeling alive today— No worries, no hurry, Just glad to arrive— Laughing with you, Yeah, put it in drive— ‘Cause we’re lost and happy, Too bad to survive— Hey man, it’s Friday Sunshine or gray day Doesn’t matter much, Could be out of touch, you know? My laugh of the week Come on, let’s go! Hey man, it’s Friday Rules? I say “bye” day Clock’s running slow, But I’m ready to go, you know? Grab all your dreams And let’s stroll! It’s Friday, And I’m feeling alive— No worries, no hurry, Just glad to arrive— Laughing with you, Yeah, put it in drive— ‘Cause we’re lost and happy, Too bad to survive— Hey man, it’s Friday A-callin’ it my way day No plans in sight, But that’s all right, you know? Turn up the radio And let’s blow! Hey man, it’s Friday A nothing can sway me day Got nothing to prove, Just in the groove, you know? Forget all the stress And let’s go! It’s Friday, And I’m feeling alive— No worries, no hurry, Just glad to arrive— Laughing with you, Yeah, put it in drive— ‘Cause we’re lost and happy, Too bad to survive— Hey man, it’s Friday A let’s chase the sky day— No looking back, Just you and I— Forget all the worries, Wave the bad times goodbye— Hey man, it’s Friday Time to say its all right day— But the feeling stays, No need to try— Next week we’ll meet, Same place, same high—
