he'd come home every evening,,  every single day[pause]i guess he doesn't see him,,cause he never looks his way[2 second pause pause] the boy always tried [pause]to be the best he could [pause] for the chance to catch a glance [slight pause]at that special look,[pause],,but the more he tried, the more he cried
