[Verse 1] We came through ash and bone With steel in every hand The fields were red before us But we still took our stand He wore a crown of slaughter A beast in crimson flame Every step was thunder Every breath a name [Pre-Chorus] Hear the warhorn split the sky We lock eyes and never blink No god can make us kneel No curse can make us shrink [Chorus] Raise your steel into the fire, Face the crimson wings on high. Strike against the demon's fury, We will stand, we will not die. Through the flames our hearts grow stronger, Till the darkness meets its end. When the red-winged beast comes calling, We will fight until we win. [Verse 2] His axe bit through the shieldwall His laugh shook the mud But we moved like broken daylight Through the smoke and blood A ranger in the ruin A knight with a cracked vow A mage with hands like lightning We had to end it now [Pre-Chorus] Hear the warhorn split the sky We lock eyes and never blink No god can make us kneel No curse can make us shrink [Chorus] Raise your steel into the fire, Face the crimson wings on high. Strike against the demon's fury, We will stand, we will not die. Through the flames our hearts grow stronger, Till the darkness meets its end. When the red-winged beast comes calling, We will fight until we win. [Bridge] [Half-time] He swung for our ending We broke his blood-soaked throne One strike to the hollow And the monster was overthrown Rise up Rise up The ruined world still calls Rise up Rise up We watched the blood god fall [Final Chorus] Raise your steel into the fire, Face the crimson wings on high. Strike against the demon's fury, We will stand, we will not die. Through the flames our hearts grow stronger, Till the darkness meets its end. When the red-winged beast comes calling, We will fight until we win. We burned through the dark And we watched you crawl
