We Rise Together

We started with a vision Built with heart and hands Through every test and trial We still chose to stand From small dreams on Main Street To doors that opened wide A legacy of purpose With community beside Through every voice uplifted Through every path we made You lit the way for others And never walked away Calvert County Minority Business Alliance We speak your name with pride A network built on strength With no one left behind Now the world is turning faster And the future's calling loud We can feel a new beginning Rising from the crowd Rising from the crowd We rise together CCMBA strong We rise together We carry on No one left behind No one left behind We rise together Hand in hand tonight We were never meant to build alone Not in this time, not on our own The power lives in what we share In every voice, in every care (Every voice) (Every care) We rise together CCMBA strong We rise together We carry on No one left behind No one left behind We rise together Hand in hand tonight CCMBA We celebrate You opened the paths And made a way Now the future's in our hands The future's in our hands We rise together Together we stand Twenty years strong And just getting started Together we rise Together we stand
