Don't miss the rhythm (vocal Lynx and Makoto)
writer's note: I wrote and composed this song, and it was one of the three songs I wrote yesterday that I felt were pretty good. I heard someone wanted to do an electronic song (who?), so I quickly composed it on piano, and Lynx did such a perfect arrangement that nothing else was needed. However, since I've been doing a lot of instrumental music lately, I only wrote the lyrics and left the vocal arrangement to Lynx, resulting in a song with vocals. This 8-minute song... I could just say *It's progressive** and that would be the end of the explanation for its length, but this time the song is divided into three parts: the start is a call-and-response vocal performance between Lynx and me, the second part is Lynx's lead vocal, and the third part is me, Makoto, singing in a terrifying voice with Lynx's vocal support lol. I hope you enjoy the trance rhythm, the AOR-like chorus, and Lynx's guitar. ======= [intro] [Chorus] Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm The new era is moving at an accelerating pace Our beautiful new era A supernova bursts and envelops the sky in light [Verse 1] Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm The new era is moving at an accelerating pace Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm The new era is moving at an accelerating pace Our beautiful new era A supernova bursts and envelops the sky in light [Chorus] Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm The new era is moving at an accelerating pace Let's find new love A supernova bursts and envelops the sky in light And one of the laws of the universe is rewritten Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm The new era is moving at an accelerating pace Let's find new love [Bridge] You and I are the new Adam and Eve We strum our new love into the world We ride this beat together Just to be happy [Guitar Solo] [Chorus] Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm The new era is moving at an accelerating pace Our beautiful new era Bless you A supernova bursts and envelops the sky in light And one of the laws of the universe is rewritten Don't miss the rhythm Don't miss the rhythm The new era is moving at an accelerating pace Let's find new love You and I are the new Adam and Eve We strum our new love into the world We ride this beat together Just to be happy
