You are not alone

Originally, I thought this song was about someone else, and I wrote it for that person. Eventually, I realized that the other person was only holding up a mirror to my own projections, and that the feeling of loneliness was truly something that existed within me — something I had learned to bury very deeply. By constantly giving outwardly, by pouring myself into others, I wanted to flood the whole world with the light that lives inside me. But many times, I also build an invisible wall around myself, and I am afraid to let others in… afraid to allow myself to be loved. As if I were not worthy of love, as if I still had to atone for something. To earn the love and respect of others instead of simply allowing myself to receive it. The time I have spent on Suno has given me many profound realizations. I have “met” wonderful people and witnessed the incredible power that is created when we help and lift each other up. So I want to thank everyone who, even invisibly, has expressed kindness and love toward others — or even toward me. We are never truly alone… this is about me, it is about you, and it is about all of us, because we so often forget that we are not alone. Thank you for being here.💟🫶💟✨ [Intro – soft piano and cello, distant choir humming] (Ooh... Ahh...) (One breath... one heartbeat...) [Verse intimate duet, light harp and kora] There were years when I was fighting. I was alone, no one was holding my hand. Fear was tightening around my throat so hard that I could not see the ones who were always standing beside me. There was a time when I believed strength was found in fighting alone. And if I kept on fighting... I thought it was weakness to call for someone else. Believe me, those were not beautiful days. [Verse 2:more and more musical instruments are being built ] I often sat in the darkness. I could not understand the pain. I kept asking myself, why is the weight of life so heavy? I could not see that I was the one who called for the battle, because it was easier than facing myself. [Pre-Chorus – rising gently] I know it is not easier for you. You are tired. Life has not spared you. One battle after another, one wound after another. Fear has found its way beneath your skin. What will tomorrow bring? [Chorus – deep gospel choir enters softly] But look into the mirror. Who is the one who is fighting? Who is the one against the world? Who is the one who feels they cannot go on? Who is the one who believes they are alone? You are never alone. [Verse 3 – quiet, reflective] There are moments when we are alone. Yes... The greatest battle is being born. The stars descend into the depths. Becoming flesh was never without pain. Do you remember? Time placed a veil over the first great sorrow. The mother forgets. The child forgets. A new home becomes the Earth, a strange and unknown world. Because the memory of unity has disappeared into the mist... [Bridge – atmospheric, choir and strings] There is only one thing every heart is longing for. The endless desire for unity is the root of every pain, and every suffering. Every battle we fight comes from this longing. [Chorus – fuller but still gentle] But know this... We are beside you. We will always hold your hand. You are never alone. We are never alone. Never... Here we are, together and for each other. We are the endless sky of stars. Here we are with you. Holding on to each other forever. Here we are, always connected, always needed by one another. [Final Chorus – deep resonant gospel choir] We are with you when silence surrounds you. We are with you. Do not be afraid. In the silence, a thousand hearts embrace you. One breath. One heartbeat. This prayer is calling you now. Do not fight anymore. Lay down the battle. Let your own light flow through you. And one day... You will find your way home. You will find your way home. [Outro – piano fades, choir humming] (Never alone...) (One breath...) (One heartbeat...)
